Single-User Appointments

To allow only one person per appointment schedule, follow these steps:

Enable Stock for Schedules

  1. Navigate to SuperAdmin > Listing Configuration > Stock Schedules
  2. Enable the “Stock for Schedules” option
  3. Save the configuration

Configure Stock at Schedule Level

Once enabled, you’ll see an additional Stock field when creating schedules:

  1. Set the stock number (e.g., 1 for single-user appointments)
  2. When stock is set to 1, only one person can book that schedule
  3. The schedule will automatically close when the stock is exhausted

Note: If you don’t enable this feature, schedules remain open for multiple users until manually closed.

Common Configuration Mistakes

❌ Incorrect Configurations

  • Use Appointment Type for individual services
  • Enable stock control for exclusive appointments
